My 50th State Is the 50th State

The airplane landed on my latest vacation destination:  Hawaii.  The 50th State is now the 50th state I've visited. I have completed my tour of all 50 states of the United States.

I reached 48 in 1993, right after I moved to Nevada.  That last state in the contiguous 48 was California. I added 49 in 2017 with a trip to Sitka and Juneau in Alaska. I've now run the table.  I have three nights on Oahu, where my room has a view of the Pacific Ocean.  Then it's four nights on the Big Island.
